Customer Opinions: What People Have to Say About Us
We have worked with New Image for a number of years on our annual Network Conference and always find the team to be professional, friendly and adaptable. In 2021 social distancing restrictions meant we had to move to an virtual conference and with the help and professionalism of New Image, who confidently managed the technology, co-ordinated speakers and live streamed the event, we delivered a successful virtual conference. We look forward to working with New Image in the future.

We have developed a great partnership with New Image since we started working with them in 2012. Their creative vision, attention to detail, knowledge and enthusiasm is a big part of what brings our event to life and gives it the ‘wow’ factor it has now become known for.

Great Venue, Ajay who manages the venue and looks after bookings is one of the most helpful hosts you will ever work with. He always goes the extra mile to assist and support the clients.
Ajay worked with Marie to support us in creating a majestic ball room dining experience. He was very supportive of both, us, The Fed as the clients, booking the venue and of his service partner Marie. Marie’s responsibility was to dress the venue and manage the decor theme. The whole venue was elegantly dressed with just the perfect amount of glamor and we received some fantastic feedback. Ajay worked very closely with Dilip to ensure he understood the vibe and atmosphere we wanted to create.Ajay ensured all the finer detail was covered and took away so much of the worry from our host Priyesh. Priyesh hosted the event as his first rodeo and he compliments Ajay for his support in providing simple yet effecting furnishing at such short notice. Furnishing such as a podium for Priyesh to stand by and speak from, tables for the raffles prizes. Ajay made the team hosting the event feel at ease and fully supported with his open, approachable persona. Nothing seemed to be too much bother for him and he continued to keep supporting and delivering.Unfortunately, major difficulties arose due to failings on the part of our chosen catering provider. This was no fault of Ajays and nor was he obliged to help us resolve the issue. Fortunately for us, he did step up and offer extended levels of support to ensure we were able to provide some degree of service recovery to our guests who had attended.Overall Ajay and the teams he works with provided a excellent service standard. I look forward to working with him again in the future…..The Fed NW District Trustee
I have known A Jay and his team for a number of years through working for Oldham Council.
Last year A Jay approached us at the Youth Service to look at how we could link up to support young
people into employment. A Jay was keen to offer employment opportunities to young people aged
16+ within event hospitality. He had a vision that he wanted to ensure that he was supporting
Oldham Young people who may be studying at college to access employment opportunities that
were well paid, provided training and had flexibility to enable them to commit to their studies.
A Jay was aware that we work with many young people across Oldham and wanted to ensure that
we were able to sign post young people to the offer.
He was keen to provide young people with meaningful part time/casual employment that would fit
around their studies but that would also provide them with the valuable work experiences that
would benefit them as they move on from college into university or working full time.
We were particularly impressed with the commitment to training and developing the young people
while paying them a fair salary – significantly above the minimum wage for this age group. Ajay also
understood that these young people, in full time education, would need flexibility to ensure they are
able to focus on their studying and exams so created the casual posts to enable the young people to
fit the work around their educational commitments.
We have already been able to refer 10 young people into these work-based opportunities. The
young people have fed back that they enjoy the work – that they are supported in developing their
skills and knowledge of events hospitality in a supportive and nurturing environment. Many of the
young people have said this opportunity has really helped them financially given the current
economic challenges faced by so many. Some of the young people have fed back that they would
have struggled to secure part time work due to being unable to commit to set weekly shifts while in
full time education and that having access to casual working opportunities has been amazing for
them. Some of the young people also fed back that they had previously struggled to secure part time
work as they had no previous work experience, but that Ajay’s paid work trials meant they was a
level playing field for them to access employment.
It has been an absolute pleasure to support Ajay and the young people with this initiative – A jay
really demonstrated that he is committed to young people in Oldham and as an Oldham based
business wanted to ensure he was supporting Oldham’s young people to develop, learn and to have
access to meaningful employment opportunities. He is really committed to enabling young people to
develop when they move on – with the offer of references and testimonials to support them in
securing future employment opportunities post college.
I want to applaud Ajay and his team for the supportive approach to our young people and to
providing opportunities for young people to gain vital work experience, develop employment skills,
and earn a fair salary that provides them with much needed financial support.
